COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
* Base Salary: $70,000+ DOE + Uncapped Commission (Target Earnings $90,000-$120,000+)
* Full-time | 80% office-based

ROLE IMPACT
The Senior Inside Sales Representative drives revenue growth across the central U.S. territory by managing key B2B distributor, wholesaler, and OEM accounts within the industrial fasteners market. Success is defined by expanding market share, increasing account penetration, and consistently achieving quarterly revenue targets. This role requires a self-sufficient sales professional capable of leveraging industry relationships to deliver immediate results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Convert and manage inbound leads with minimal cold calling
* Develop new business and expand existing distributor and OEM accounts
* Maintain and grow a personal book of business
* Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, quoting, negotiation, and closing
* Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategy, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) order processing, and fulfillment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience within fasteners, industrial hardware, or related industrial distribution
* Proven track record of revenue generation, account management, and pipeline ownership
* Ability to work independently and manage a territory-focused sales strategy

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
* Office-based setting (approximately 80% onsite)
* Travel up to 20% for client meetings and trade shows
* Use of ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Standard office equipment and business communication tools
