Senior Information Technology Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior IT Project Manager to lead high-visibility technology initiatives across a large, multi-hospital healthcare system. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Epic OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules, along with a strong track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of healthcare IT projects within a multi-hospital environment.

  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of Epic OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant solutions.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and success metrics.

  • Monitor project performance and provide consistent status updates to leadership.

  • Proactively identify project risks, manage issues, and drive resolution.

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience within the healthcare industry.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing Epic OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant in a large, multi-hospital setting.

  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and execution of project implementation activities.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities.

  • PMP certification strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; clinical education background is a plus.
