Own the uptime in a fast-moving plant

Picture the start of your shift: production is humming, dashboards are green, and you’re the expert everyone counts on to keep it that way. As a seasoned maintenance technologist, you’ll prevent issues before they start, quickly resolve the ones that do, and partner with production and engineering to keep our lines safe, stable, and efficient.

What you’ll take on

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance across production assets to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Pinpoint and resolve faults in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic subsystems.
  • Diagnose failures and deliver timely, high‑quality repairs to return equipment to service.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support equipment upgrades and optimizations.
  • Document work thoroughly, maintain accurate maintenance records, and uphold all safety procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with production operators and engineering teams to align on priorities.
  • Assist with new equipment installs, commissioning, and project-based work.
  • Mentor junior technicians (Level IV and V) to build team capability.

Growth path: Technician levels

Level III

  • Independently perform moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Operate with minimal supervision while meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Support maintenance enhancements and contribute to team initiatives.

Level IV

  • Independently resolve complex equipment issues with systematic diagnostics.
  • Lead maintenance projects and assist with training fellow technicians.
  • Coordinate activities with vendors and cross‑functional partners.

Level V

  • Serve as the senior technical authority for maintenance operations.
  • Direct major repair efforts and lead improvement projects plant‑wide.
  • Create training plans and help prioritize the department’s workload.

What you’ll bring

  • 3 to 8+ years in industrial maintenance (level placement based on experience).
  • Proven troubleshooting strength in mechanical and electrical domains; familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Background in manufacturing or high‑volume production environments.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime when business needs arise.
