Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida (required)
Minimum 5+ years of experience practicing immigration law
Extensive experience with:
Deportation / Removal Defense
Asylum and Withholding of Removal
Family-Based Immigration Petitions
Waivers (I-601, I-601A, I-212, etc.)
Ability and willingness to travel.
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
Represent clients before Immigration Courts, USCIS, and other agencies
Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, motions, and briefs
Conduct client consultations in English and Spanish
Maintain accurate case files and client communication
Appear at hearings and interviews as required
