Walker White Mechanical is expanding our commercial HVAC service team and seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), and package units
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot advanced mechanical and controls issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Mentor, train, and support junior HVAC technicians
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Walker White Mechanical on client sites

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required; 10+ years preferred
• Strong competency with chillers, RTUs, and package units
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical problem‑solving skills
• EPA Certification required; additional HVAC certifications are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
