Senior HRIS Programmer Analyst (Communications Test Design, Inc.) (West Chester, PA):
Maintaining responsibility for the performance and reliability of the UKG Workforce Management (WFM) and Workforce Central (WFC) systems, In-touch terminals, and Workforce Integration Management (WIM) interface files; Maintaining the quality and consistency of HRIS database information, ensuring data management and integrity, performing regular and ad hoc reporting, and systems configuration according to current business needs; Maintaining our UKG WFM and WFC applications using HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, SQL Database, PL/SQL, Integration Manager (WIM), Installation, Cloud Support, Web Services, MS Project, Workforce Device Manager (WDM), and Operating systems such as Windows and UNIX following an Agile-Scrum Methodology; Creating new functional programs that are not built into the UKG WFM and WFC systems using SQL Programming, XML, WIM, APIs, and Dell Boomi Integration and create new custom reports (RDL files) to the SSRS Server; Assisting with the design, development, and integration of complex programs using MS SQL and Oracle database queries, programming, and web services, web transfer methods, and cloud technology; Defining, developing, testing, analyzing, administering, and maintaining the labor systems in support of business requirements, taking responsibility for all UKG WFM lifecycle phases, including implementation, planning for upgrades and new modules, configuration setup and testing, and continuous monitoring for system efficiencies; Maintaining responsibility for ensuring system availability, usability, survivability, managing systems for database security backup schedules restoration and development, controlling system capacity or sizing for supported applications and plans for future needs; Collaborating with HR and PMs to design and deliver technical training curricula encompassing a variety of programs, including software release training, product training, tools training and new hire onboarding training to internal audiences within established deadlines; Serving as the master user for our HRIS and UKG timekeeping systems, including accrual management, ensuring data accuracy, and dynamic configuration according to business needs; and Generating reports per standard internal and external reporting requirements and respond to ad hoc requests for information, participate in change management efforts and develop standard operating procedures and training for HR system users. In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Experience writing in-depth SQL queries to extract and compile needed data; Experience with Oracle database queries, XML, APIs, and WIM (Workforce Integration Manager); Experience with dataview and report-building to build/execute applicable reporting needs for internal and external stakeholders; and Experience with Kronos Time Clock products including set up process and ability to troubleshoot all hardware/software issues as they arise. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related computing field, and at least two years of experience as a HR Systems Administrator or Analyst, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
