The Opportunity:
You will operate as a senior-level recruiting partner responsible for:
- Full-cycle recruitment across nursing, APPs, physicians, and clinical specialties
- Developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts
- Managing the entire placement lifecycle from sourcing to close
- Building and maintaining your own desk with strong operational support
This is a true full-desk opportunity combining recruitment and business development with significant commission upside.
Compensation – Designed for High Performers:
- Uncapped commission structure aligned with agency billing models:
- Eighteen percent commission for completing the recruitment lifecycle.
- Eighteen percent commission for successful business development leads to placement.
- Up to 36% total commission on placement fees
Compensation earned upon successful placement completion in accordance with client payment terms. This model allows experienced billers to significantly increase earnings compared to traditional agency structures.
