Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (Java / React) to join the team on a contractual basis. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Job Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java and React
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver intuitive, high-performing user experiences
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs within a microservices-based architecture
• Read and interpret Jira stories and technical requirements to implement requested functionality
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and maintain comprehensive unit test coverage
• Support ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and production support activities

Job Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Java, Groovy, and React
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Strong JavaScript development experience
• Proficiency with CSS and SASS
• Experience using Git for version control
• Proficient in JUnit for unit testing
• Experience with SQL and relational database management
• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat application server
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience beyond degree requirements

Pay Rate

• $65 - $75 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)

Additional Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), especially integrating dynamic front-end components
• Familiarity with dynamic charting and user profile implementations
• Knowledge or experience in AI-related development, including building algorithms or models
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and content management systems
