Senior FP&A Manager (Fully Remote)

Salary up to $150,000

A fast‑expanding healthcare organization is looking for a hands-on Senior FP&A Manager to help drive financial strategy and support the growth of more than 30 clinic locations across multiple states. This role works closely with the CEO and senior executives, providing critical financial insights that shape operational decisions and organizational performance.

What You’ll Do as the Senior FP&A Manager

  • Lead the full budgeting and forecasting process, including multi‑entity financial modeling, and provider compensation
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready presentations
  • Evaluate provider compensation structures, productivity trends, and clinic-level profitability
  • Support expansion efforts through new clinic launches, M&A activity, due diligence, and integration planning
  • Up to 25% travel required

Qualifications of the Senior FP&A Manager

  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Background in the healthcare industry
  • Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and data-driven decision support
  • Strong ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear, straightforward way
  • Executive-level presentation skills and a strong sense of professional presence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
