Senior FP&A Analyst

Salary Range: $100-$120k

Orlando/Tampa based preferred, but open to candidates in the Southeast with the ability to travel frequently.

We’re seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support performance across a growing, multi-location business. This role partners closely with field leadership to improve operations, enhance financial visibility, and drive consistency across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with General Managers and local teams to support operational and financial performance
• Identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements across locations
• Analyze key metrics (including AR, billing, and revenue trends) to identify issues and opportunities
• Support accurate financial reporting by ensuring operational activities flow cleanly into the numbers
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy
• Help standardize best practices across multiple locations
• Travel regularly to locations to build relationships and support execution

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or business analysis
• Strong understanding of how business operations impact financial performance
• Experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and take initiative
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and/or finance teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams
