We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, hybrid position within the SaaS industry that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process. The successful candidate will play a vital role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and growth. This role requires a deep understanding of intercompany transactions, balance sheet entries, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
2. Performing complex financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
3. Managing intercompany transactions and balance sheet entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
4. Generating monthly financial reports and statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
5. Monitoring cash flow and conducting cash flow forecasting to ensure the company's financial stability.
6. Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
7. Utilizing advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets, perform data analysis, and create financial models.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and recommendations.
9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Senior FP&A Analyst role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
2. Proven experience with intercompany transactions, balance sheet entries, and cash flow management.
3. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
4. Strong experience in financial reconciliation and analysis.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
6. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) would be an added advantage.
