Sr. FP&A Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal reporting tools using ERP (Just Foods/Microsoft Dynamics) and consolidation software (Prophix).
- Develop and run reports to support senior management in data-driven decisions.
- Create visualizations in Power BI and Excel to present insights.
- Partner with IT to design and maintain databases for analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy through integrity controls across processes.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
