Financial Analyst

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and operational decision-making within our manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to analyze costs, improve margins, and drive data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses

  • Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, overhead, and inventory

  • Support budgeting and long-range planning processes

  • Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, margins, and cost control

  • Assist with inventory valuation, standard costing, and cost of goods sold analysis

  • Develop financial models to support pricing, capital investments, and process improvements

  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial performance

  • Support month-end close activities and audit requests as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing financials

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights

Preferred

  • Experience with standard costing and inventory analysis

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
