We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and corporate planning. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of financial and strategic initiatives, providing insights that will directly impact the company's trajectory. You'll Get To::
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management.
  • Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Support the monthly close process by analyzing financial results and investigating variances to forecast and budget.
  • Work with large datasets to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial forecasts.
What You'll Bring::

Years of Experience in Related Field: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (e.g., large data models, complex formulas, etc).
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software and ERP systems. (Adaptive a plus)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
  • An interest in big data and a desire to work with large, complex datasets.

Salary Range:: USD $120,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
