Senior Financial Analyst

- Preparation of all accounting records during month-end and year-end closing processes according to the general accounting procedures
- Preparation of records related to revenue, expenses, and balance sheet entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Distribution of revenue and costs according to the profit centers
- Preparation, analysis, and consolidation of data in collaboration with operational teams
- Reconciling intragroup AR and AP accounts, analyzing, and solving the differences with the related counterpart
- Balance sheet reconciliation and account balances analysis
- Preparation of specific financial reports (staff expenses, sales tax)
- Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss)
- Assist the budget preparation
- Assist the documentation of internal controls
- Address financial concerns or inquiries from different stakeholders
- Handle emails from other departments & other Companies regarding all types of accounting related inquiries & research them or forward to proper person, and reply back with findings/resolutions
- Receive & take care of emails on a daily basis from staff & co-workers with inquiries & research, resolve and reply back or forward to proper person
- Handle any additional request received from management for analysis, research, or any additional information they request as needed
Requirements:
- Accounting degree essential
- 3-5 years of experience in the field
- Full-cycle accounting experience essential
- Advanced/Intermediate computer and Microsoft (Excel and Word) skills a must
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- International accounting experience a plus
- Supervisory experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
