The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This position offers a unique opportunity to partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization and influence data-driven business decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning

  • Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership

  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that tell the story behind the numbers

  • Partner with business units to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency

  • Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth

  • Support the development of KPIs and dashboards to track business performance

  • Assist with board reporting, annual planning, and ad hoc strategic projects

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)

  • 4–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience (preferably in a mid- to large-sized organization)

  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools a plus)

  • Deep understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to senior leadership

  • Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge assumptions with data

  • Highly organized with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
