Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Partner with operations and procurement leaders to analyze cost drivers, identify trends, and provide insight into material and indirect spend performance
- Analyze how input cost changes flow through finished goods cost and impact margin performance
- Build and maintain reporting that provides clear visibility into cost behavior and margin dynamics across the business
- Perform scenario modeling and financial analysis to support sourcing decisions, operational initiatives, and business planning
- Support monthly close activities including cost related variance analysis and financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve cost tracking, reporting processes, and financial visibility across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, or operational finance
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working cross functionally with operations, procurement, or supply chain teams
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI preferred
- Background in manufacturing or food manufacturing environments preferred
