Role Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will support company-wide reporting initiatives, partner closely with G&A leaders, and contribute to the finance organization’s ongoing shift toward SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere. This role blends FP&A, data visualization, systems support, and cross-functional partnership, making it ideal for an analyst who enjoys both storytelling with data and supporting digital transformation.

You will build dashboards, manage financial planning cycles for G&A groups, partner with IT leadership on spend and contract oversight, and support change management as the finance team strengthens its analytics tools and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data used for management decision-making.
  • Support total company reporting initiatives and assist with Finance’s digital transformation to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization reports for department leaders (SAC, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Provide financial planning and analysis support for G&A departments, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Partner with IT leadership to monitor departmental spend, vendor contracts, and renewal timelines.
  • Facilitate user training and support change management efforts related to new financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Deliver analytical insights that influence decision-making, cost control, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, IT, and business partners to enhance reporting accuracy and process efficiency.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance 
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A or a corporate finance role.
  • Hands?on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for department heads and leadership.
  • Prior experience supporting G&A budgeting, forecasting, or variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Experience partnering across functions and supporting system enhancements.
Preferred Skills
  • SQL, master data experience, or exposure to managing data flows.
  • Experience with major ERP, BI, or analytics platforms.
  • Examples of dashboard creation, data modeling, or automation improvements.
  • Strong analytical storytelling and executive-ready presentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to own deliverables end-to-end.
