Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance and recommending actions
- Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across departments
- Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Compile and reconcile financial data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Support the development and improvement of financial systems, tools, and reporting processes
- Assist with ad hoc analysis, special projects, and executive-level presentations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related field
Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or ERP systems is a plus
