Role Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key contributor to the corporate finance team, supporting strategic decision-making through advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. This newly created role will work closely with operations, treasury, and executive leadership to deliver insights that drive performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Analyze market trends, peer performance, and macroeconomic data to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present executive-level financial reports and presentations.
- Conduct variance analysis and develop insights to support operational and corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and treasury teams to consolidate financial data and align reporting.
- Support evaluation of investment opportunities, including M&A, through detailed financial modeling.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health.
- Assist in annual budgeting and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred; flexibility on degree type for highly qualified candidates).
- 35 years of experience in corporate FP&A or strategic finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including 3-statement and valuation models.
- Experience preparing and presenting financial insights to senior leadership.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems such as OneStream or Hyperion is a plus.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a publicly traded company or supervisory role is a plus.
