System One is seeking traveling Senior Field Electricians with strong backgrounds in high-voltage systems and conduit installation. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes pride in clean and efficient conduit work, and can set the pace for the rest of the team on-site. The primary responsibility will be to run and bend EMT conduit (½” to 1”) from power drops to control panels. While an electrician license is not required, extensive field experience is essential.

Important Details:

• Contract position through the end of 2026
• Pay rate range: $34 - $38/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Work schedule:
  • 6 days a week
  • 12 – 14 hour days, some have been longer
  • Day shift into the evening, 7 AM typical start time
  • Anything over 40 hours is OT
  • Day 7 they rest or travel to the next site
  • Most are on site for 3 weeks or so
• Traveling:
  • Electricians will be paid drive time in the company van
  • They will get a gas card. No mileage reimbursement is paid because it’s our client's vehicle.
  • They will have their own hotel room, our client will pay for that.
  • $45/day per diem for food
  • Prospective candidates need to be open to go anywhere in the country, and be gone and not need to come home for long periods of time. Locations could be anywhere between New Jersey and Las Vegas. Our client will tell them where to go.
  • NO spouses, friends, partners, pets, or family members – no tag along with them.
• Training:
  • Candidates hired must travel to Lowell, Arkansas on their own. They can fly and uber to a hotel and uber to the office. We are getting them a hotel the night before they start.
  • If candidate hired wants to drive, we have a locked secure area they can park. A day or two orientation in Lowell, then they are deployed either with their new team, or back filling and meeting with guys already on site.

• Must past background check (7 years), Drug Test, and MVR
• Interviews via Microsoft Teams

• Electrician - their main job is running conduit all day from the power drops to the control panels. We also have some low voltage guys working side by side with them installing cameras, pulling wire etc. The electrician needs to have extensive conduit experience and happy to run and bend it all day. They will be issued a work van, like a Penske van, or possible a minivan they will share with the spotter so they can come and go to site without the controls lead if they need to be in a little earlier or later. The electrician is the one that sets the pace for the speed of everyone. 1’ to ½’ EMT. If they have PLC controls experience that’s even better. This is HIGH VOLTAGE, we do not want low voltage guys for this role. They do not have to be licensed.

• 5+ years of field experience installing and bending EMT conduit, needs to reflect this on the resume.
• Proven experience in high-voltage electrical systems
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and layout drawings
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
