Job Details
Our client is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to lead and manage complex family law matters from start to finish. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who thrives in a client-facing, litigation-heavy environment and is passionate about guiding individuals through sensitive legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, and support cases
Develop and execute tailored legal strategies aligned with client goals
Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements
Provide mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and guidance
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney with significant experience in family law litigation
Proven ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution
Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills
Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
