Position Purpose

This role is part of the global Integrated Services Vendor & Contract Management team, which is led by multiple Leads. Each Lead is assigned stewardship over a defined subset of outsourced service categories and a designated portfolio of regions or sites. The role provides global leadership for contract governance, vendor performance oversight, operational risk management, and compliance across CSL’s outsourced service ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Global Vendor & Contract Governance

  • Lead the global governance and lifecycle management of assigned outsourced service categories.
  • Maintain, steward, and update global Master Service Agreements (MSAs), ensuring standardization, alignment, and contractual compliance across regions.
  • Review and validate Change Control Requests (CCRs), assessing commercial impacts and ensuring global consistency in contractual obligations and service scope.
  • Partner with Sourcing & Procurement to align commercial frameworks, rate cards, pricing models, and negotiation readiness.

Vendor Performance Oversight

  • Monitor vendor performance trends globally, identifying systemic issues, deviations, or major operational events.
  • Conduct performance investigations and root-cause analyses for significant service failures or contract deviations.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and global governance forums with a focus on performance deviations, major operational risks, and service improvement actions.

Operational Risk, Compliance & Audit Support

  • Provide guidance and oversight to regions and sites to ensure adherence to global contract requirements, service standards, and compliance controls.
  • Support documentation and response preparation for audits, regulatory inspections, and internal compliance reviews.
  • Serve as the global escalation point for operational, compliance, and vendor-related risk issues.

Regional & Site Partnership

  • Act as the primary global point of contact for assigned regions and service portfolios.
  • Provide interpretation of global contract requirements and performance expectations to regional/site stakeholders.
  • Ensure global standards and governance models are effectively translated into local execution while supporting regional independence in budget ownership.
  • Assist site teams with operational issue resolution, performance recovery plans, service expansions, and scope clarifications.

Financial & Budget Management at KOP

  • Own facilities, operating budgets, and forecast accuracy.
  • Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives and productivity improvements.
  • Review and approve expenditures in alignment with business priorities.
  • Track financial performance against targets and benchmarks.

Operations & Service Delivery at KOP

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of IFM services, including:
    o Building maintenance and utilities
    o HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and critical systems
    o Janitorial, waste management, landscaping, and pest control
    o Security, life safety, and access control systems
  • Ensure high service reliability, uptime, and responsiveness.
  • Lead incident response, escalation, and root cause analysis for facility disruption.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in vendor/contract management or IFM/global outsourcing.
  • Experienced in managing global teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex organizations, with a focus on governance and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of commercial models, vendor governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, or capability development programs.
  • Ability to travel globally based on business needs.
