Compensation: $75,000–$100,000+ earning potential

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
• Write accurate, detailed repair estimates
• Coordinate parts ordering and workflow with technicians
• Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in to delivery
• Manage multiple vehicles and timelines efficiently
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Strong experience with European vehicles preferred
• Proven ability to write accurate estimates and manage repair orders
• Experience ordering parts and coordinating with technicians
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Positive, professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
