Job Title: Senior ERP Business Analyst

General Role Description
Define, develop and configure the content, processes, and procedures associated with the Oracle enterprise application.
Role Accountabilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and communicate plans and ensure the execution of upgrades and maintenance of externally hosted production, test and development environments
- Ensure validity and execution of test plans and change promotion procedures
- Conduct needs analysis, solicit bids and formulate options for procurement and rollout of software and third part services
- Prioritize change requests and requests for new functionality
- Gather pertinent information from authorized sources to assess project requirements as related to assigned scope of work
- Design, implement, test, deploy and document system configurations, as a subject matter expert on cross-functional teams, leading a team as necessary
- Identify and define interfaces to other software applications and functions
- Ensure software module configurations integrate successfully with existing system configurations
- Plan and execute productivity enhancements or product deployment projects, as assigned
- Resolve internal and/or external customer issues with the application software, escalating as necessary to appropriate personnel
- Use recognized expertise in tools, IT practices, technology, design standards, and industry best practices to improve overall project quality and IT productivity by proactively sharing this knowledge with associates

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer applications or related field, or equivalent via education and/or work experience
- 7 years' experience in IT systems analysis and business processes, including design and deployment of enterprise applications through project life cycles
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications configuration in an Oracle Financials, Project Accounting or Manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated success elevating aggregate knowledge and skill of the IT team(s) and sharing knowledge proactively
- Knowledge of the overall architecture of Oracle EBS
- Demonstrated success communicating IT technical and business projects resulting in documented agreement with internal and external clients
- Demonstrated success identifying system gaps and emerging technologies that support increased accuracy and productivity, and business growth
- Demonstrated success in recommending improvements to the functionality of the Oracle enterprise system
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a project or multiple projects on time, from concept through deployment
- Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
- Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficiency with SQL
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally, less than 5%, sometimes with limited notice
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle Business Intelligence tools
- Demonstrated experience in ORACLE PL/SQL, Oracle CRM, SharePoint
- Demonstrated knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, JSP
- Demonstrated experience in Six Sigma, Lean, CMM, or similar quality process
