Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

- Hands-on repair and integration of electronic/electro-mechanical systems
- Proficiency with Fluke Digital Multimeters and similar precision measurement tools
- Oscilloscope operation and signal analysis
- Basic and intermediate optics familiarity and learning
- Overhead Crane Operator
- Wire Wrap
- Crimp
- Solder

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- General knowledge and proficiency in the use of related tools and equipment, including Fluke Meters, oscilloscopes, and optical measurement devices
- Hands-on experience with electronic repair, troubleshooting, and component-level diagnostics
- Ability to fabricate simple hardware as required
- Proficiency with general test equipment, including calibration and maintenance
- Capability to analyze test data and recommend design improvements or procedural efficiencies
- Strong initiative in self-directed learning, particularly in emerging or specialized technical areas such as optics
