Description
Provide support for maintaining a global computer infrastructure.
Assist with the setup and decommissioning of computer hardware.
Ensure the security and protection of hardware devices.
Consult with business units for equipment assistance.
Troubleshoot and manage data flows for scientific instruments.
Support incident management and user coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and secure computer infrastructure.
Image and onboard new computers onto the network.
Provide technical consultation to business units.
Implement data backup solutions for laboratory equipment.
Support scientists with user support and access management.
Test and validate computer software.
Qualifications
Outstanding troubleshooting skills for computer issues.
Experience with End-user Computing or Desktop Support.
Understanding of hardware components and networking concepts.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting using models.
Knowledge of directory services and agile methodologies.
Experience with validated systems is a plus.
Proficiency in multiple operating systems is beneficial.
