Senior Employee Relations Partner
Location: Dallas, TX | Onsite (self-paid parking)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $25/hour
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time, W2 assignment

ROLE IMPACT
The Senior Employee Relations Partner plays a critical role in promoting fairness, accountability, and compliance within the organization. This position ensures all workplace investigations are handled objectively, in accordance with City policies and applicable employment laws. Success is defined by the timely and accurate resolution of employee relations cases, effective data management, and delivery of actionable insights that strengthen workplace culture and compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct and oversee internal investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation, FMLA misuse, and other policy violations.
• Prepare detailed, factual investigative reports with findings and recommendations for administrative review.
• Manage all data and documentation in the case management system to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and facilitate training programs on employee relations and workplace conduct.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, legal teams, and departmental management to ensure policy adherence and resolution of cases.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, or mediation/arbitration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration, or Social Sciences.
• Proven ability to conduct unbiased investigations and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Case Management Systems (CMS)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• HRIS / Employee Relations tracking tools

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in public sector or municipal investigations.
• Training or certification in workplace investigations, HR compliance, or mediation.
• Knowledge of FMLA, EEOC, and employment law best practices.
