Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Estimator / Project Manager position include:
- 7+ years of electrical estimating experience focused on commercial new construction
- Advanced proficiency with Accubid or similar software platforms (ConEst, Trimble, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of NEC code, commercial electrical systems, and construction methods
- Perform quantity takeoffs, material pricing, labor modeling, and develop accurate bids
- Lead estimating on design-build, design-assist, and plan/spec delivery projects
- Work closely with project management and field operations during planning and handoff
- Participate in site walks, pre-bid meetings, and build relationships with GCs and suppliers
- Mentor junior estimators and help refine preconstruction and estimating processes
Salary: $110,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus 5% bonus on net project profits.
