Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Engineer position include:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required – Architect and design advanced motor drive and motion control systems
- 7+ years of experience in motor and motion control systems – Implement and optimize closed-loop control systems including PID and FOC
- Strong background in power electronics hardware design – Design and analyze motor drives, amplifiers, switching supplies, and inverter topologies
- Embedded firmware development experience (C/C++) – Develop real-time microcontroller-based control firmware
- Expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design – Perform schematic capture and guide PCB layout for power designs
- Experience debugging high-power switching circuits – Conduct hardware bring-up, root-cause analysis, and validation testing
- Demonstrated success taking products from concept through production – Drive full lifecycle product development and production release
- Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills – Provide direct technical support, system integration assistance, and field issue resolution
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
