Job Description:
- Design and layout full RFP proposals (100–300+ pages) using Adobe InDesign.
- Create editorial-style layouts with strong typography and clean flow.
- Transform written content into visually compelling, easy-to-read pages.
- Build and maintain templates and layout systems.
- Develop graphics, infographics, and concept pages.
- Work directly with leadership to meet tight deadlines.
- Own final production (print-ready + digital submissions).
This Role Is Hands-On:
You’ll be in the files daily — building pages, refining layouts, and executing high-level design work.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- 5–10+ years of editorial design, magazine layout, or proposal design.
- Expert-level Adobe InDesign skills.
- Strong sense of typography, grid systems, and white space.
- Ability to work quickly and independently under deadlines.
Compensation:
- $75,000 – $110,000 salary
- OR $40–$75/hour (contract option available)
