What You'll Do
Operational Leadership
- Oversee operations for a multi-site clinical network, ensuring seamless workflows, high performance, and compliance with company standards.
- Identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and operational excellence.
- Partner with clinical and operational leadership to optimize resource utilization, improve claim denial rates, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Data Analytics & Decision-Making
- Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., EMRs like eCW, SQL, Power BI) to generate actionable insights and drive key operational decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs such as claim denials, clinic throughput, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Conduct quantitative analysis to uncover trends and recommend strategies to address root causes of operational challenges.
Project Management & Execution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute plans to address high-priority issues (e.g., reducing claim denial rates or streamlining clinic workflows).
- Foster innovation by automating manual processes using tools like Microsoft Automate, Python, or advanced Excel capabilities.
Team Leadership
- Directly manage and mentor front-line employees to achieve operational goals.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and positivity within the operations team.
- Provide structured guidance and support to ensure teams meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results, even with limited resources.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, data analytics, or a related field, bonus if within managed care or health tech.
- Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept to execution with measurable results.
- Strong quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to provide detailed, data-backed examples of past successes.
- Hands-on experience with data tools like SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA).
- Proven success managing multi-site operations and balancing competing priorities in a high-growth environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with EMR systems (bonus for eClinicalWorks).
- Technical expertise in SQL, Python, or automation platforms like Microsoft Automate.
- Background in engineering or technical roles, with demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work onsite weekly. This position will report to our corporate office at 8880 W Sunset Rd, Suite 320, Las Vegas, NV 89148, and will also be in the field at each clinic location.
