Job Description:
This role is based in Indianapolis, IN, and is a full-time position.
The primary responsibilities include leading market risk and financial forecasting functions, providing leadership and analytical support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Expertise in quantitative analysis and financial modeling technologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead market risk and financial forecasting functions, providing oversight and mentorship to staff.
Enhance market risk data analytics and improve regular reporting and governance.
Collaborate with senior management and various business units on financial forecasting and income simulation.
Develop and maintain partnerships with model risk management teams and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee quality assurance and governance.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
10 years of experience in risk management or asset-liability management, with leadership experience.
5 years of experience in interest-rate risk modeling and income simulation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to develop complex financial and market risk reports.
Proficiency in Python or similar analytical/modeling technologies.
