Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring succesful delivery of solutions. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

JD	Key Responsibilities Automation Platform Development (Lite-Touch) Design and build a Lite-Touch Automation Platform that enables scalable workstation provisioning and configuration management. Responsibilities include: Architect and develop an enterprise automation framework enabling deterministic workstation configuration deployment Implement modular automation workflows supporting policy-driven configuration management Ensure 100% repeatable configuration outcomes Enable input-driven configuration provisioning using structured configuration inputs Integrate automation capabilities with enterprise request and service management platforms Implement logging, traceability, and auditability across automation workflows Manage configuration artifacts using version-controlled configuration management practices Eliminate configuration drift and manual build inconsistencies through automated enforcement Configuration Quality Verification Platform Design and develop a Configuration Quality Verification Platform that validates workstation configurations against requested standards and enterprise quality policies.
