Job Title: Senior Developer Software
Salary: $161,886.00/year with Standard corporate benefits.
Location: 8515 East Orchard Road, Greenwood Village, CO 80111* *May work remotely from anywhere in the US.*
Duties: Assist in design, build, deploy, coordinate, and troubleshoot custom software solutions in response to business needs. Build, deploy, coordinate, and troubleshoot integration between GWF systems. As necessary, participate in troubleshooting integration with outside partners/vendors in support of business needs and under the direction of the Lead Developer. Operate expertly within the team-specific SDLC lifecycle and process, in-alignment with broader departmental or divisional lifecycle and process. Provide opinion and other inputs in aid of decision-making surrounding optimal Quality Assurance methodologies and solutions. Based on decisions made, assist in design, deploy, and operation of Qualify Assurance methodologies in support of business needs. Participate in on-call rotation. Respond to and resolve complex and/or escalated issues. Confer with software vendors in the event operational issues require a change from the vendor, under the direction of the Lead Developer. Provide skilled technical support and guidance directly to end users. Assist Lead developer with the oversight of the team being led. Train and mentor less experienced staff. Act as a liaison between business areas supported and development team. Perform complex system and application testing, ensuring delivery meets business needs. Prepare appropriate documentation from which systems and solutions are supported and maintained. May work remotely from anywhere in the US.
Requirements:** Master's degree* (or foreign equivalent) in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology or related; 3 years of experience as an Architect Associate or a related position, which must include: Customer account management, including billing disbursements and migrating customer account information from one system to another. Software technologies, including C/C++, Pro*C, PERL, Shell Scripts, Oracle RMDBS, PL/SQL, Tuxedo, Unix platforms, XML, and SOAP. *Will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of experience in lieu of a Master's degree, including experience in skills above.
