Senior Developer
Job Summary: Talent Senior ServiceNow is in search of a Senior Developer for a contract position in Columbia, SC. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Work in an Agile Scrum environment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, etc.)
- Handle:
- Production support
- Action requests (enhancements and configuration changes)
- Analyze and modify:
- Front-end (Spring MVC, JSP, jQuery)
- Back-end (Spring Data JPA, Hibernate)
- Monitor logs and diagnose issues
- Deploy fixes using Jenkins, Git, and Splunk
- Document findings
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps to maintain system stability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Or other job-related field
- OR
- 4 years of job-related work experience
- OR
- 2 years of job-related experience with an Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of:
- Application development
- Systems testing
- Or other job-related IT experience
- Java
- JavaScript
- JSP
- jQuery
- Spring MVC
- Hibernate
- Spring Data JPA
- Spring Boot

Preferred:
