Our firm is partnering with an innovative organization seeking a Senior Data Scientist to help drive enterprise transformation through advanced data and AI initiatives.
What Youll Do
- Design and deploy agentic AI systems to automate complex workflows and enhance decision-making.
- Operationalize large language models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions to process structured and unstructured data.
- Build autonomous agents and multi-step reasoning systems integrated into enterprise platforms.
- Translate advanced AI research (agentic systems, reinforcement learning, reasoning frameworks) into scalable production solutions.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define use cases and measure impact.
- Ensure models are production-ready, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Establish repeatable frameworks for developing and deploying advanced AI solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI/ML best practices across the organization.
- PhD with 2+ years or Masters with 4+ years in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics, optimization, and machine learning theory.
- Advanced Python proficiency and experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and agent-based tooling.
- Experience developing and deploying LLM-based or generative AI systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technically, mentor others, and collaborate cross-functionally.
