- Leading the front end and backend development
- Contributes to standard practices for problem-solving approaches, tools, and processes
- You will analyze and manage technology cost drivers to ensure efficient scale and support of UI, API, back-end capabilities including public cloud migration
- Exploring new technology trends and leveraging them to simplify our data ecosystem
- Driving Innovation and guiding the teams to implement solutions with future thinking
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver technology solutions for the business needs
- Acting as a technical mentor to the engineering teams and bringing them up to speed on latest data technologies and promoting continuous learning
- You will need to constantly update professional knowledge by researching new internet technologies and software products, participating in educational/training opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Field
- 5+ years of IT experience
- This role requires 5+ years of design and development delivery experience
- Snowflake, Oracle, or any Relational Database Skills and ETL tool
- Cloud - AWS
- Python Scripting
- CICD tools - GitHub, Jenkins, etc.
- Any Orchestration tool - Control-m, AutoSys, etc.
- Proven technical and personal leadership experience in core database programming, data warehousing, and debugging
- Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Oracle, AWS, and ETL technologies, with deep experience in data integration patterns across relational and NoSQL databases
- Solid understanding of key enterprise IT languages and technologies, including RDBMS, Snowflake, Python, AWS, and Oracle
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery technologies
- Ability to effectively articulate and present ideas/technical design to appropriate audience
- Innovation Mindset and Creativity
- Strong execution skills in a fast-paced environment using agile methodologies
- Ability to collaborate and partner with business domain leads, data scientists, product owners, enterprise architects and other functional leads to deliver world class data solutions
- Ability to design and develop front end web-interface for engineers and business analysts
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
