What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Providing top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance customer experiences.
- Utilizing various communication methods and marketing channels to reach customers.
- Assisting with both inbound and outbound calls.
- Senior Customer Service Representative lead and manage other team members to achieve required benchmarks

- The ability to lead and manage other customer service reps in our call center to our benchmarks and standards as a Senior Customer Service Representative
- Utilizing Service Titan is required. Having previous experience with it is helpful
