What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Providing top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance customer experiences.
• Utilizing various communication methods and marketing channels to reach customers.
• Assisting with both inbound and outbound calls.
• Senior Customer Service Representative lead and manage other team members to achieve required benchmarks

The Hiring Process

• Experience with inbound and outbound calling.
• Flexible availability to accommodate customer needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a call center.
• Proficiency in utilizing various communication methods and marketing channels.
• The ability to lead and manage other customer service reps in our call center to our benchmarks and standards as a Senior Customer Service Representative
• Utilizing Service Titan is required. Having previous experience with it is helpful
