Senior Customer Service Representative/Supervisor
Location: Angier, NC
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM (Onsite)

This role supports a highly technical manufacturing environment. You'll serve as the hub between sales, production, and customers-ensuring accurate order processing, proactive communication, and exceptional service delivery.

If hired at the Supervisor level, you will directly manage and develop a small customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily order entry, tracking, and customer communication

Utilize CRM (Zoho) and internal MRP systems to manage customer data and orders

Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues

Improve processes to reduce errors, delays, and miscommunication

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, shipping, engineering, and sales

(Supervisor level) Coach, train, and manage customer service team members





Requirements:

- High School Diploma

- 4+ years of customer service experience

- Strong working knowledge of CRM and business systems

- Proven customer care, dispute resolution, and stakeholder communication skills

- OEM or engineered product manufacturing experience

Preferences:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree

- 3+ years of customer service supervisory experience

- Spanish skills

- International customer experience

- Experience with batching, blending, production planning, or order fulfillment workflows
