Roadmap & Schedule Ownership
+ Develop and manage full lifecycle project roadmaps, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
+ Ensure alignment with broader portfolio priorities and organizational goals.
Milestone Review & Feedback
+ Evaluate submissions across design, creative, development, and production stages.

+ Maintain a proactive risk register, identifying and resolving issues early to prevent delays.
+ Drive closure on open items and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
Operational Efficiency
+ Identify and implement process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize workflows.

+ Inspire and empower development teams through guidance, feedback, and shared learnings.
+ Contribute to a healthy, transparent, and collaborative team culture focused on realistic goals and continuous improvement.
You Will Have / Required Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in production or project management.
+ Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, from concept through manufacturing.
+ Proven ability to lead complex projects independently with minimal oversight.
+ Strong creative judgment with a clear point of view and sound decision-making.
+ Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative intent to partners and stakeholders.
