About the Role:
This is a full time, in-person position based out of our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.The Senior Content Producer plays a critical role in bringing Duck Head’s creative vision to life through best-in-class content production, e-commerce photography, and brand asset creation. This role translates brand concepts and seasonal direction into visually consistent, high-performing assets that define Duck Head’s presence across e-commerce, marketing, and retail channels. The Senior Content Producer oversees the full photo shoot lifecycle, ensuring efficient execution, strong creative alignment, and on-time delivery.
- Lead all e-commerce photography, including shooting, retouching, and managing image workflows for seasonal product launches.
- Plan and support lifestyle and editorial photoshoots, including shot list development, location coordination, and on-set creative direction.
- Serve as project manager for all photoshoots, owning shot lists, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and feedback integration.
- Manage pre-production and on-set logistics, ensuring all shoot details are confirmed to support smooth, efficient shoot days.
- Organize samples and collaborate with creative partners and stylists on outfitting, styling, and shot planning.
- Distribute call sheets and communicate logistics and expectations to talent and contributors.
- Secure model releases, contracts, and required documentation in advance of shoots.
- Manage digital asset organization and libraries, ensuring efficient storage, tagging, and accessibility for internal teams and retail partners.
- Create and adapt digital and print marketing assets for use across web, social, wholesale, and paid media.
- Partner with brand and e-commerce teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
- Oversee shoot budgets, manage costs, and process invoices end-to-end, ensuring alignment with the overall photography budget.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and technologies, proactively sharing ideas to enhance photography, creative production, and internal processes.

Who we would like to meet:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, fashion merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in production and/or photography within the retail or apparel industry.
- In-house studio management experience pre
- Deep understanding of the apparel market and ability to translate insight into business-driving strategies.
- Established knowledge of the talent industry and relevant professional relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in budget planning and financial management.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
