Job Details

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards and meets clients’ expectations. This role involves collaborating with architects, designers, clients, owners’ representatives, and subcontractors to support the project managers in developing plans and schedules, managing resources, and mitigating risk. This position requires the knowledge of company and construction processes for training of team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure productivity of resources and achieve project goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration of team members to ensure detailed roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Monitor projects progress and performance against project schedules and provide regular updates to client and team members.
  • Examine projects profitability and cost projections against project budget and provide consistent updates to client and upper management.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts. Share with upper management when necessary.
  • Educate the team with the company core values, to be implemented throughout the construction process
  • Create opportunities for team growth and mentor members in their career development.
  • Evaluate on-site risks to minimize liabilities for both our staff and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with management on annual performance evaluations for the team.
  • Oversee client accounts from project initiation to completion, ensuring strong and positive relationships.
  • Business Development/Seek new project opportunities with former and current clients.

Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in project management software and tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Proficient in creating, managing, reviewing and updating project schedules.
  • Deep understanding of construction documents.
  • Strong Leadership, communication skills and organizational behavior.
  • Ability to review, understand and comment on contract doc
  • 10 years’ experience as a project manager with overseeing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Strong understanding and know-how of working in occupied buildings.

Education/experience:
  • 10 years as a Project Manager in interior renovation projects for both corporate and hospitality(restaurants)
  • 15 years’ experience in general construction
