What You Will Own

Execution Across Project Types

You will manage projects spanning:

Custom luxury homes
Condo and townhome units
Multi-family developments
Commercial build outs
High-rise towers

Each requires different sequencing communication cadence and production strategy. You must be able to shift gears without losing control.

High Rise Operational Leadership

High rise projects require:

Floor by floor production tracking
Material staging coordination
Long lead forecasting
Vertical logistics control
Strict schedule adherence
Clear GC communication

If you cannot operate in structured complex environments with multiple trades and extended timelines this role will overwhelm you.

Margin Protection

You will:

Track labor production versus estimate
Control scope creep
Capture change orders before work proceeds
Monitor job cost in real time
Identify risk early

Field Leadership

You will:

Lead superintendents and installers
Set expectations clearly
Address performance gaps immediately
Protect company reputation onsite

You must command respect without creating friction.

Non-Negotiables

Five plus years construction PM experience
Proven experience managing complex commercial or multi-family projects
High-rise experience strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret plans and specs independently
Strong financial awareness
Comfort with direct conversations
No victim mindset
