Kforce has a client in Clearwater, FL that is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the setup and maintenance of incentive programs on a recurring basis
  • Support incentive payout processes, including calculations, adjustments, approvals, and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Administer short-term incentive and reward programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to incentive programs, calculations, and system navigation
  • Perform periodic accruals, reconciliations, and account analyses related to incentive compensation
  • Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal compensation policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and controls related to incentive processes
  • Maintain and enhance reporting within incentive or compensation systems
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports to visualize performance and compensation data
  • Analyze data independently and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with system vendors or internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline incentive and reporting processes
  • Integrate data from multiple systems to support reporting and analysis
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and future tool upgrades
  • Prepare and present regular reports and insights to leadership
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure incentive programs support performance goals
  • Provide guidance or support to less experienced team members as needed
  • Develop presentations, analyses, and data visualizations for management
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in incentive compensation, compensation analysis, financial analysis, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using business intelligence or reporting tools
  • Familiarity with compensation, financial, CRM, ERP, or incentive management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Data querying or reporting experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
