ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Senior Communications Project Manager - I (Assistant) with a pharmaceutical company. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with our client located in North Wales, PA. This position is hybrid.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Performing change impact analyses to assess the organization's readiness for change
  • Conducting stakeholder analyses and engagement to ensure stakeholder awareness, support and involvement in the change process
  • Developing and executing strategies that address the organization's readiness for change, inclusive of change management and communication plans and stakeholder engagement and management plans
  • Developing internal marketing and communication collateral including things such as self-service resources, communications to the target audience(s) (including things such as newsletter articles, emails, etc), stakeholder alignment presentations, and sponsor talking points
  • Facilitating adoption and realization of learning and development initiatives by monitoring and addressing resistance to change, managing expectations, and communicating updates
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives and recommending improvements
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the change process
  • Counseling stakeholders on change management principles and best practices
  • Partnering with other change and communications colleagues to leverage various communication channels and digital media to effectively reach target audiences
  • Leveraging a data-driven approach/employee listening insights to inform strategies and measure the effectiveness of change and communications plans against desired outcomes
  • Driving stakeholder management as needed
  • Contributing to other Global Learning & Development departmental communications
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in change management or organizational development
  • Proven ability to develop and execute change and communication strategies and plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal skills (clear and concise) for various communication channels
  • Ability to streamline verbose content to focus on the main message concisely and effectively
  • Excellent ability to analyze and understand global audiences/personas and tailor change and communication plans accordingly
  • Ability to measure communication effectiveness and adjust/adapt marketing and communication strategies
  • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to generate creative ideas through research and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, constantly changing environment, and manage and meet multiple project timelines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into employee-centric communications
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to experiment, learn and adapt
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
Desired skills:
  • Experience using Adobe suite
  • Experience in Change Management, internal communications, and/or employee engagement
  • PROSCI (or other change management methodology) Certification
  • Metrics-driven and focused on using metrics to define strategy and assess the effectiveness of plans
 
Pay range: Up to $43.14 per Hour
