Senior Collections Specialist – Full Time

We are seeking a Senior Collections Specialist to support a high‑volume AR and billing environment during peak workload and ongoing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced collections professional with international collections exposure who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead domestic and international collections efforts to ensure timely payment and reduce outstanding balances
• Manage complex, higher‑value accounts and resolve escalated collections issues
• Perform billing and accounts receivable processing, including backlog cleanup and invoice review
• Partner with AR, billing, and onboarding teams to ensure accuracy and process compliance
• Contribute to cleanup initiatives and continuous improvement of receivables workflows

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of collections and/or AR experience required
• Hands‑on experience with international collections required
• Strong communication skills with a professional, solutions‑driven approach
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment
• Solid Excel experience required
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a cross‑functional team

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Hybrid schedule with multiple in‑office days per week
• Overtime may be available during busy periods
