- Responsibilities
• Lead entitlement-driven civil engineering projects
• Coordinate with agencies, planners, and developers
• Oversee grading, drainage, and utility design
• Mentor and review associate and junior engineers
• Support business development efforts
Qualifications
• BS in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of land development experience
• California PE required
• Strong understanding of entitlement and approval processes
