Overview
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a large-scale operating model transformation requiring significant shifts in mindset, ways of working, skills, processes, systems, and technology.
Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change strategy, approach, and plan across the program lifecycle, leveraging established methodologies such as ADKAR, Galbraith Model, and Lewin’s Change Model.
- Serve as the primary owner of change delivery, ensuring initiatives translate into sustained adoption—not just communications, training, or project milestones.
- Identify, map, and actively manage key stakeholder groups across functions and leadership levels.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Senior Leaders, HR, and program leadership to align on priorities and readiness.
- Coach leaders and sponsors to drive accountability, model desired behaviors, and realize intended benefits.
- Lead end-to-end change impact assessments, defining the transition from “current state” to “future state” across functions, roles, and grades.
- Design and execute targeted adoption actions to support new operating models, behaviors, and ways of working.
- Partner with Corporate & Government Affairs, HR, and leadership to design and deliver clear, compelling change communications.
- Provide strategic input to U.S. communications teams to ensure consistent, timely, and effective messaging.
- Identify and manage key change-related risks and resistance points.
- Develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with workstream leads and escalate themes as needed to ensure resolution.
- Define success metrics and adoption KPIs; assess readiness and change effectiveness.
- Track outcomes, report progress, and measure realized benefits using dashboards and analytics.
- Partner with HR Learning & Development, Subject Matter Experts, and workstream leaders to conduct training needs analyses.
- Ensure appropriate training, upskilling, and capability-building plans are developed and embedded across stakeholder groups.
- 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or large-scale business change initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading change in complex, matrixed enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of operating model components (structure, governance, processes, ways of working).
- Advanced experience with change methodologies (ADKAR, Galbraith, Lewin).
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership coaching, and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and change analytics.
- Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, WalkMe, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting complex operating model and organizational transformations in CPG or similarly regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with change enablement and digital adoption tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, WalkMe, or equivalents).
- PROSCI and/or APMG Change Practitioner certification (required).
