POSITION SUMMARY:Under the direction and supervision of the Controller or the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading business process improvement initiatives for the Accounting/Finance Department, consistent with the goals set forth by the organization.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partners Controller and other On Lok business partners to recommend and deploy improvements to the current Accounting/Finance business processes.
- Provides leadership in the execution of a project, delivery of desired outcomes in an effective, timely, and professional manner and ensuring that the operational improvements and enhancement initiatives are aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
- Liaises and works collaboratively with other organizational departments to effect change to achieve operational efficiency and coordination throughout the organization.
Advances the goals and objectives of the organization by identifying potential changes to existing business processes that support the organization's goals, implementing process/workflow improvement plans, and working collaboratively with other managers on issues related to quality improvement, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. - Ensures that any process/workflow improvement initiatives and the delivery of quality services incorporate compliance with regulatory requirements, adherence to policies and procedures, and risk management efforts.
- Serves as an effective link with all On Lok's management teams and program staff through effective communication, productive collaboration, and facilitation of change opportunities.
- Maintains active involvement in the promotion of On Lok in the community.
- Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (knowledge, skills, abilities):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, health administration, or related required.
- 5-10 years Health care operations/administration with supervision/financial management/project management required.
- 5-10 yearsCloud-based ERP system implementation, deployment, and data migration in a health care environment required.
- Business process Improvements and deployment required.
- Must be a Customer Centric Team Player required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities, deal with ambiguity, and use good judgement in stressful situations required.
- Skilled facilitator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to bring broad perspective on health and social issues and to bridge these issues on a day-to-day operational business required.
- 5 years in Any Major ERP system implementation Actively involved with Re-Engineering of business processes preferred.

Your final compensation offer will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and licenses/certifications. The pay range is expressed as an hourly rate regardless of FLSA status. Exempt positions are paid salaried and are not subject to overtime.
